Really Chili Regatta Results

The 2018 Really Chili Regatta was held on Lake Banook Saturday October 27. Although a chilly day we had an amazing turnout from clubs, high schools, universities from across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland with over 130 rowers taking part. A special thank you goes out to the St. John’s Rowing Club who not only attended but had the largest team of rowers this past weekend. We hope to see you again soon!

The time trial/final style format produced extremely competitive racing in the finals with singles, double, quads and eights all competing head to head. The morning A Final winner was the HRC Senior 4x of Connor Booker, Liam MacSween, Claire Ellison, and Emerson Crick. The afternoon A Final winner was NSRC Senior 4x of Will Bryden, Greg Scherkoske, Patrick Cody, and Andrew Todd. Special congratulations to our costume contest winners, the StFX women’s eight dressed as Cruella De Vil and 101 Dalmatians.
