COVID-19 Update – May 31, 2021

The following changes to restrictions and guidelines are effective beginning Wednesday, June 2, 2021.

  • Outdoor training and practices will be permitted for groups of 10 or less. The 10 includes all participants, coaches, and staff, and the groups must remain consistent from practice to practice.
  • Multiple groups of 10 will be allowed on the field of play at the same time as long as they can ensure that groups remain physically distanced from each other. There can be no alternating between groups at any time.

In addition to these updates, Rowing Clubs should abide by all province of Nova Scotia guidelines and regulations relating to indoor and outdoor gathering, cleaning and sanitizing, masks, and physical distancing.

The province will be reopening through a phased-in approach linked to below. We will follow-up with further updates as it becomes available.

Re-Opening Safely with COVID-19
