Row NS will be hosting the RCA Coach Weekend #1 Workshop on May 18-20. This workshop is for coaches wishing to coach Competition Introduction, the training to train and early learning to compete stage of the LTAD.
The RCA Coach Weekend #1 Workshop will take place starting Friday May 18 at 5pm and run on Saturday and Sunday at Oakwood House in
