Chuck McDiarmid, Rowing Canada’s High Performance Development Coordinator will be visiting Halifax on December 6, 2011. He will be speaking at Oakwood House in Dartmouth starting at 7pm. His presentation will focus on RCA National Team Programs, and what it takes to make it from Club level to Provincial team to National team levels.
